Shelby & Daniel’s Spring Wedding at The Grand Ivory

Weddings

I loved being back at the beautiful Grand Ivory for Shelby and Daniel’s spring wedding! Even though the day started somewhat overcast and windy, even the weather was perfect by the time the ceremony began. And speaking of the ceremony—floral designer Emily from Petals Couture created the most amazing floral install in the chapel! The […]

Lizzy & Holt’s Lakeside Park Dallas Engagement Photos

Engagements

I had such an amazing time photographing Lizzy & Holt during their engagement session at Arlington Hall and Lakeside Park! Lizzy & Holt met in high school and have been together for 6 years now. From our very first email, I felt such a connection with these two because they both graduated from Baylor, are […]

Abigail & Tyler’s Carriage House Houston Wedding

Weddings

The rain couldn’t stop Abigail & Tyler’s wedding day from being absolutely magical! It was such an honor to photograph their gorgeous day at The Carriage House in Houston, Texas. From the springy color palette of sage green, blush, and white to the floral covered arch in the all-white chapel, Abigail & Tyler’s vendors came […]

Spring Wedding at One Preston Events

Weddings

Kirstin & Matt’s wedding at One Preston Events was intimate, family-centered, and full of gorgeous, vibrant florals. Though they originally planned on having a larger wedding, Kirstin and Matt opted for a smaller COVID-friendly celebration with their families and closest friends instead, and it was absolutely perfect. Their intimate wedding is sure to inspire with […]

Gracen + Grayson’s Arlington Hall Engagement Session

Engagements

I had such a wonderful time photographing Gracen & Grayson’s engagement session at Arlington Hall in Dallas. Gracen was in my sorority at college, and we’d always see each other around campus when we were both out walking our dogs. I loved getting to spend the afternoon with them and their precious pup, Yoshi, and hear about all the exciting wedding plans. I can’t wait to celebrate with them at The Milestone mansion this December!

Vibrant Bridal Photos in Austin, Texas

Portraits

This bridal session at a gorgeous park in Austin, Texas was extra special for me because the bride is my best friend, Liz! Liz and her husband got married about a year ago, but she never got around to taking bridal photos. With their first anniversary just around the corner, we planned a shoot where she could put on her beautiful gown again and surprise her husband with these stunning photos.

Private Photo Editing for Photographers: Why You Should Outsource!

Education

A couple of months ago, I was talking with a photographer friend of mine who was close to tears as she told me about how busy she was. She had tons of weddings and portrait sessions piling up that needed to be edited, and she was staying up into the early morning hours every day trying to get it all done. Between photographing weddings and portrait sessions and editing all those images, she felt like she hadn’t had any quality time with her husband or friends in ages.

Fall Wedding at The Nest at Ruth Farms

Weddings

This was such a stunning October wedding at The Nest at Ruth Farms! I loved how Katelyn & Chris put their own spin on a fall-themed wedding day. From their emotional first look under the trees to the sun-soaked ceremony in front of the floral-covered cross, this day was filled with so much joy! Check out some of my favorite images from their autumnal wedding at The Nest at Ruth Farms below!

Winter Wedding Editorial at The Adolphus

Weddings

I’m so excited to finally share photos from this breathtaking wedding editorial at The Adolphus Hotel. This shoot had the most incredible vendor team, and what they created was nothing short of magic! With Christmas just around the corner, I can’t stop thinking about how incredible this color palette would look for a winter wedding! The gorgeous shades of red and gold gives it that holiday feeling, while the addition of the sage and soft pinks prevents it from being too literal.
